Several parts of the internet went down

Several parts of the internet went down on Tuesday following a technical issue at Cloudflare. Users trying to access platforms like X, formerly Twitter, and the film review site Letterboxd were met with error messages stating that Cloudflare-related issues were preventing pages from loading.

In many cases, users attempting to reach these website “Cloudflare is aware of, and investigating an issue which potentially impacts multiple customers,” the company said in a new update. “Further detail will be provided as more information becomes available.”

Tracking website Down Detector, which monitors outage, was also hit by the technical problems itself. But when it loaded it showed a dramatic spike in problems.
